CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand — A New Zealand business owner took an unusual approach to dealing with a burglary: he posted security camera photos of thieves who broke into his premises along with a message offering them jobs.

The message from the business owner even listed the job-ready qualities the thieves displayed during the crime.
