Say What?!: Customs Officers in New Jersey Find Five Pounds of Cocaine in Spandex Shorts

NEWARK, N.J. — Customs officers in New Jersey said they found about five pounds of cocaine not-so-cleverly concealed inside a traveler’s spandex shorts.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection said officers at Newark Liberty International Airport intercepted passenger Rowald Thomas Tromp, a Netherlands national arriving in the United States from Oranjestad, Aruba.
