RUSSIA — A Russian driver’s dashboard camera captured the moment a large truck’s tailgate busted open and dumped its load of metal pipes onto the road.

The video, filmed Friday on a road in Cheboksary, shows the truck traveling ahead of the filming car on a snowy road.
