HUDSON, Florida — A traveler on a Florida highway captured video of a boat being towed by balancing on a small platform instead of a wheeled trailer.

The video, posted to Facebook by Kenneth Keegan, shows the Jeep traveling at a high speed Sunday in Hudson while toting a boat propped up at an angle on a small platform behind the vehicle.
