CORTEZ, Mexico — A boater off the coast of Mexico captured the moment an enormous whale shark swam up to the vessel and tried to bite it.

The video, filmed earlier this month in the Sea of Cortez, shows the whale shark — the world’s largest fish — swimming up to the boat while the passengers watch in awe.
