EMERSON, N.J. – A 13-year-old boy fishing with his dad on New Jersey’s Long Beach Island reeled in an estimated 250-pound shark with his rod.

Gianni Mandile, 13, of Emerson, was fishing with his dad Sunday morning when he hooked what he immediately guessed to be a shark.
