BROOKLYN, New York — A New York woman arrived home from two-month trip to find she had a new roommate, a pigeon nesting in her pasta strainer.

Genevieve Roman, 33, made the best of her new living arrangement and created an Instagram page to profile the daily life of her new pigeon tenant, which she named Adelaide.
