JOHNSTOWN, Pennsylvania — A Johnstown man said he is frustrated after he learned an overdue library book was the reason behind a warrant for his arrest.

Shawn McDowell said he forgot he still had a book from the Cambria County Library in downtown Johnstown.

After trying to contact McDowell several times, the library turned the case over to the local magistrate a process only done for items worth more than $50.00.
