SENECA, Pa. — Cranberry Area LL Minor League Grove Glass and Schiffer’s played a tight game, but Schiffer’s pulled out the 14-12 victory on Tuesday.

The game was tied at 12 with Schiffer’s batting in the bottom of the sixth when there was an error, scoring one run.

Aden Grove drove in four runners in the loss. Aden drove in runs on a single in the first, a single in the third, and a double in the fifth.

Grove Glass captured the lead in the first inning. Grove Glass scored two runs when Aden singled with one out in the first inning.

Grove Glass scored five runs in the fifth inning. Grove Glass scored on a double by Aden, a single by Landon Melat, a groundout by Clark Findlay, and a single by Amiley Hawke.

Grove Glass collected 23 hits. Garrett Dick, Landon McKinley, Landon Melat, Mason Exley, Aden Grove, Ethan Stelene, Clark Findlay, and Colt Heath each collected multiple hits for Grove Glass. Aden, Mason, Landon, Landon, and Garrett all had three hits to lead Grove Glass.

Schiffer’s had 28 hits in the game. Hunter, Gabe, Meica, Zach, Kai, Tyler, Noah, and Martin each collected multiple hits for Schiffers.
