OIL CITY, Pa. – The Oil City YMCA will be hosting an S.D.I. Open Water Scuba class from April 18 to May 23, 2018.  All participants will be certified for open water diving upon completion of the class.

The class will be held on Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. in the Oil City YMCA pool and nearby classroom.

Jim Flinchbaugh will teach the class. Jim has many years of scuba experience. The class is open to anyone ages 12 or older.

The cost to attend the class and receive certification is $375.00. A $50.00 deposit is required to register.

A free trial of the scuba class will be held at the YMCA on April 11 at 8:00 p.m.  Registration for the free class is appreciated.

YMCA Hours

The Oil City YMCA hours are Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m, and Sundays 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (through the end of March)
