Search Continues for Missing Man with Dementia

ARMSTRONG COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — The search continues for a missing Armstrong County man who suffers from dementia.

Kittanning-based State Police told exploreClarion.com that Kenneth Himes, 70, was still missing as of Wednesday morning.

He was seen December 25, 2018, around 11:30 p.m. along Cadogan Slate Lick Road in South Buffalo Township, Armstrong County.

Police said they received word that he was served at a restaurant in Mount Washington in the Pittsburgh area that next morning.

Himes hasn’t been seen since that day, according to police.

He is described as 6’2″ tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has short, light brown and gray hair with blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black winter coat with black pants and a black hat.

Anyone with information on Kenneth Himes’ whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1.
