Search Underway for Two Suspects Accused of Attempting to Sexually Assault Woman Behind Dumpster

According to police, the incident occurred as a female employee exited the main entrance of the Kelly Hotel and crossed S. Forest Street.

The employee then walked across the dirt parking lot to place a bag of trash in a dumpster when she was allegedly grabbed and physically directed by two unknown white males to the backside of the dumpster.

Police say the victim was allegedly forced to the ground on her back and physically assaulted behind the dumpster.

According to police, the men then attempted to sexually assault the victim before being spooked and letting the victim go. The men departed the scene in an unknown direction.

Authorities say both men appear to be in their thirties.

The first suspect, featured in the composite above, is 5’5″ to 5’8″ tall with a short stalky build, short dark bushy hair, and brown eyes.

Police describe the second suspect as 6′ tall with a thin build and short light-colored hair.

The investigation is ongoing.
