Semis Collide on Interstate 80

CLINTONVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — A two-vehicle crash occurred early this morning on Interstate 80 at mile marker 31 near Clintonville, Venango County.

According to a representative of Venango County 911, the call came in at 12:58 a.m. for an accident at the 31-mile marker westbound on Interstate 80.

Clintonville Volunteer Fire Department, Franklin-based State Police, and Superior Ambulance were dispatched to the scene.

No injuries were reported.

The crash occurred as two tractor-trailers were traveling westbound on I-80. The first tractor-trailer was slowing down to exit into the rest area at mile marker 31, and the second tractor-trailer rear-ended it.
