Oil City Man Pleads Guilty to Burglaries in Seneca

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — The Oil City man who broke into a three businesses earlier this year pleaded guilty on burglary charges.

According to court documents, Lawrence George Henderson, 42, of Oil City, pleaded guilty to three counts of burglary.

Other related charges were dismissed.

He was arrested for the burglaries of CSOnline, in Seneca, Cranberry Township, Venango County, on January 24; Xtreme Audio in Sugarcreek Borough; and the Rent-a-Center store at Sugarcreek Towne Square shopping plaza.

Photos from the video surveillance were placed on Venango County Crime Stoppers Facebook page, which according to officials led to the arrest of Henderson on January 25. He was incarcerated in the Venango County Jail on $50,000.00 bail.

He is awaiting sentencing which is scheduled for July 15, 2014.
