FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Officers at the Franklin Police Department were dispatched for an incident of terroristic threats at the 800 block of Liberty Street, in Franklin, Venango County.

Police say around 12:41 p.m. on February 18, a man was allegedly threatening to kill and fight a known individual. The man would not leave the property after being told by multiple individuals to do so.

Once officers arrived, it was discovered that the defendant — 53-year-old Richard Rehberg, of Seneca — left the scene.

After a full investigation, including interviewing witnesses, the following charges were filed against Rehberg in District Magistrate Kirtland’s office:

– Terroristic Threats
– Disorderly Conduct
– Harassment
