Seneca Man Arrested for DUI Following Traffic Stop on Route 36

CLARION CO., Pa. (EYT) – Marienville-based State Police say a DUI arrest was made on Saturday evening on State Route 36 at State Route 66 in Farmington Township, Clarion County.

According to police, around 5:03 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, a traffic stop was conducted on Route 36 at Route 66 in Farmington Township after the suspect – a known, 44-year-old Seneca man – was found to be driving a vehicle with an expired registration plate.

The Seneca man was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for suspicion of DUI.

The suspect submitted to a blood test and was later released.

Charges of DUI and other traffic offenses are pending lab results.

The investigation continues, and the name of the suspect shall be released once the suspect is formally charged, according to police.
