OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — The Oil City South Side Neighborhood Association is holding an open forum meeting on Tuesday, October 28.
The meeting will take place at 6:00 p.m. at the Free Methodist Church on Wilson Ave, Oil City.
The public is welcome and encouraged to attend this open forum.
