FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Amazing Foods Café and Catering is ready to make the holidays fresh and flavorful for restaurant goers and catering customers alike this year.

With the holidays looming in the coming weeks, Henry and Judy Susi Grandelis, owners of Amazing Foods Café and Catering, say they are ready to help customers fill their holidays with all the flavors of the season without the stress of doing it all themselves.

“We do fruit baskets and food baskets, and people can even order their whole holiday meal from us if they want to,” Judy said.

“One of our specialties that we make here that people just go crazy over is called yam souffle: it’s a yam dish that we make and then we roast marshmallows and put on top of it. We do items like that right up through a full turkey dinner with all of the trimmings.”

Amazing Foods Café offers both on-site hosting and catering at their 1327 Elk Street location, as well as mobile catering services that can cater at homes, offices, or other venues for up to 150 people.

Their on-site venue can accommodate groups from 20 to 50 people and, being located in a lovely restored historic home, offers a warm, comfortable atmosphere. The building retains many of its original architectural details and also features a hand-painted mural by local artist Deac Mong.

Their catering selection offers many options for different tastes. They will create a menu to fit a customer’s specific needs and preferences, preparing samples that can help with a decision on the perfect choices.

While catering is a major part of Grandelis’ business, particularly during the holiday season, the café, which is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., also offers a wide selection of options, focusing on a blend of Mediterranean and American selections, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and flavor.

The menu, available here, changes frequently, to take advantage of the freshest ingredients available, and with new features also available every day through the week. Some recent features have included Shrimp & Chicken Piccata, Meatball Flatbread, and Beef Medallion Salad. Featured items are posted regularly on the Amazing Foods Catering & Cafe Facebook page.
