State Police Calls: DUI’s, Drug Arrest

VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police responded to the following calls:

DUI Arrest in Oil City

Around 12:33 a.m. on February 26, a known, 52-year-old Franklin man was stopped for a traffic violation on Petroleum Street at Main Street, in Oil City.

He was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

DUI and related charges are pending.

The name of the suspect was not released.

DUI in Scrubgrass Township

Around 2:37 a.m. on February 25, a known, 31-year-old Emlenton man was stopped for a traffic violation on State Route 38, at Honeysuckle Road, in Scrubgrass Township.

He was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

DUI and related charges are pending.

The name of the suspect was not released.

Drug Arrest in Scrubgrass Township

A known, 28-year-old Bakerstown man was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia around 2:45 a.m. on February 25, at the 100 block of Honeysuckle Road, in Scrubgrass Township.

A criminal complaint was filed with District Judge Patrick E. Lowrey charging the suspect with C.S.D.D.C.A. (Act 64).

The name of the suspect was not released.
