Police Calls: Parole Violation, DUI

VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin Police responded to the following calls:

Parole Detainer Arrest

While on the scene of an unrelated incident with Pennsylvania State Parole Agents, 22-year-old Brandon Barlow, of Franklin, was observed to be in violation of parole conditions.

Barlow was taken into custody and transported to Venango County Jail and lodged.

No other details were available.

DUI Arrest in Franklin

Around 12:52 a.m. on December 21, officers were dispatched to Arbor Circle in the City of Franklin. While on the scene, a known 31-year-old woman, of Franklin, was observed operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

She submitted to standardized field sobriety testing and performed in an unsatisfactory level.

She was placed under arrest for operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. She was transported to the Franklin Police Department where she was processed and released to a third party.

Charges are being filed through Magisterial Judge Kirtland’s office.
