State Police Calls: Cooperstown Man Accused of Throwing Brick Through Store Window

CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Police reports released by Franklin-based State Police.

Criminal Mischief in Cooperstown

Franklin-based Pennsylvania State Police say on December 7 around 8:00 p.m., an act of Criminal Mischief occurred at Dempseytown Store.

According to police, Fred Smalley, of Cooperstown, threw a brick at the front door of the store, causing it to shatter. Smalley was charged with Criminal Mischief against Thomas David of Cooperstown.

Juvenile Accused of Harassing Oil City Woman

According to Franklin-based State Police, a known juvenile was involved with an incident of Harassment. Police say the crime occurred as the juvenile physically assaulted an Oil City woman.
