State Police Calls: Burglary, DUI

state police vehiclesVENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Burglary in President Township

A burglary occurred sometime between April 23 and May 13, at 5790 US Highway 62, in President Township.

Police say this crime occurred as an unknown perpetrator(s) entered a residence at the above described location by force.

Once entry was made, various items were removed from the residence.

Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact PSP Franklin at 814-676-6596.

DUI in Cranberry Township

State police made a DUI arrest early Sunday morning on the 200 block of North Main Street, in Cranberry Township.

Around 2:35 a.m. on May 21, a known, 58-year-old Seneca man was stopped for a traffic violation at the above described address and was subsequently arrested for DUI.

DUI and related charges are pending.

The name of the driver was not released.
