VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Public Drunkenness in Cranberry Township

An incident of public drunkenness occurred around 7:05 p.m. on July 23 on State Route 257 and Fairfield Drive, in Cranberry Township.

According to police, “James Matthew Vath was arrested on July 23 for public drunkenness.”

No other information was released.

Criminal Mischief in Cranberry Township

Police say an incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on July 18 on Garden Lane at US 322, in Cranberry Township.

This crime occurred as an unknown perpetrator(s) shot the passenger’s side window of a silver Jeep Cherokee and a black/yellow Jeep Wrangler CJ7 with a BB gun, causing the windows to break.

The damaged vehicles were parked on Garden Lane.

The perpetrator(s) fled the scene in an unknown direction by unknown means, police say.

The total damage is $80.00.
