State Police Calls: ATV Stolen in Cranberry, Drug Possession in Irwin Twp.

VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Drug Possession in Irwin Township

According to police, around 3:02 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26, a traffic stop was conducted on a 2012 Kia Soul for speeding.

Police say during the traffic stop a search of the vehicle was conducted and prescription pills, which were not prescribed to the known 20-year-old female driver, were located within the vehicle.

Charges are pending through Magisterial District Court 28-3-04.

Theft in Cranberry Township

Police say sometime between Thursday, May 26, and Tuesday, June 26, unknown individual(s) removed a 1986 Suzuki 250 Quad Runner ATV with a black body and a blue frame from a property along Tippery Road in Cranberry Township and departed the scene undetected.
