VENANGO COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police responded to the following police calls:

66-Year-Old Man Accused of Bigamy

Police say a 66-year-old man married a 48-year-old woman at Thirteenth Street in Franklin on March 16, 2012, while he was already legally married to a different woman since 2003.

The investigation continues.

The name of the suspect was not released.

Theft Reported in Oakland Township

Police responded to an incident of theft that occurred on Masterson Road, in Oakland Township.

This incident occurred around 8:12 p.m. on May 29 as an unknown perpetrator(s) removed an extension ladder from the yard area at the above described location.

The perpetrator(s) fled the scene by unknown means and unknown direction.

The investigation is ongoing.
