State Police Calls: Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness, PFA Violation

VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Disorderly Conduct & Public Drunkenness

Police say around 11:35 p.m. on December 2, 37-year-old Kathryn Dee Rivers, of Oil City, was “intoxicated and tumultuous at a local bar.”

The incident occurred in Rouseville Borough.

A non-traffic citation charging her with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness was filed with District Magistrate Fish.

Indirect Criminal Contempt

Police say “22-year-old Charles Theron Lee, of Seneca, violated a Protection from Abuse order.”

The incident occurred on Oakwood Drive, in Sandycreek Township.

Lee was arraigned before District Judge Andrew F. Fish for violation of Indirect Criminal Contempt.

Bail was set at $2,500.00 unsecured, and Lee was released.
