VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police investigated the following incidents.

DUI charges to be filed against Kennerdell man

Charges are pending against a Kennerdell man for DUI after a traffic stop Thursday, May 17 in Emlenton.

According to Franklin-based State Police, a 52-year-old man was pulled over Thursday evening in Emlenton for a traffic violation.

Police suspected he was driving under the influence and took him to UPMC Northwest for a blood alcohol test.

DUI and related charges are pending.

Oil City man victim of theft

Samuel Harry McSparren, 27, of Oil City, was the victim of a theft late Thursday and early Friday when unknown person(s) entered two unlocked vehicles at 271 Oakwood Road in Cranberry Township.

The actor(s) removed several items from the vehicles and fled in an unknown direction.

Suspects damage elderly woman’s vehicle

Gaynell Lucille Harkless, 81, of Seneca was the victim of a criminal mischief incident Sunday evening.

Unknown actor(s) damaged her vehicle by scratching it with a key or similar object while it was parked at Walmart in Cranberry Township.
