Franklin-based State Police responded to the following recent incidents.
Harassment in Franklin
According to State Police, a fight occurred between Kiera Morgan, 21, and Jasmin Brown, 20, around 12 p.m. on Sunday.
The incident took place at 258 Allenbaugh Road.
Both women were cited with harassment.
Kennerdell Bike Trail Incident
On March 5 around 4:15 p.m., a 55-year-old Titusville man reported that he was harassed by John C. Walker, 55, of Kennerdell.
The alleged incident took place along the bike trail in Kennerdell.
No further information was provided.
