State Police Calls: Harassment, Criminal Mischief

VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Harassment in Rouseville

ROUSEVILLE, Pa. — An incident of harassment occurred on Main Street, in Rouseville Borough.

Police say 32-year-old Caressa Anne Martin, of Emlenton, and 42-year-old Frank Perry Powers, II, of Seneca, allegedly placed harassing phone calls to a 47-year-old Rouseville woman.

The alleged incident occurred sometime between 9:00 p.m. on February 5 and 3:00 a.m. on February 6.

Non-traffic citations charging the accused with Harassment were filed with District Judge Fish.

Criminal Mischief in Scrubgrass Township

SCRUBGRASS TWP., Pa. — An incident of criminal mischief occurred sometime between February 5 and February 6 on Bell Road, in Scrubgrass Township.

A 73-year-old Emlenton woman’s mailbox was damaged by a blunt object.
