State Police Calls: Juvenile Harassed in Truck Stop Bathroom, Found Property in Cranberry Twp.

VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Harassment in Emlenton

State police responded to the Emlenton Plaza located at 6406 Emlenton Clintonville Raod, in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County, around 12:58 a.m. on Saturday, March 30, for an incident of harassment.

A 12-year-old juvenile male from Pittsburgh was in a bathroom stall at the Emlenton Plaza, and an unknown adult male was pounding on the locked door of the stall and “speaking broken English.” It is unknown what the male was saying.

The male was then confronted by an unknown male, and he eventually left the facility with who appeared to be his wife and three children.

The unknown actor left the Emlenton Plaza property in an unidentified vehicle in an unknown direction.

The father of the juvenile male victim wanted no further police action taken; however, he wanted to file a report.

Found Property in Cranberry Township

Police say an anonymous male brought a cell phone into the station around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 28.

The male stated that he found the cell phone in the back parking lot of the Cranberry Mall located at 6945 US 322 in Cranberry Township.

The cell phone appears to be an iPhone 8.
