Dog Owner Charged in Titusville

Police said Marjorie Rose Wagner, 29, of Titusville, was cited after she failed to confine her dog, a mixed German Shepard breed, within the premises of her Dutch Hill Road residence.

According to police, the dog was not firmly secured by means of a collar, chain, or another device to keep it from straying beyond the premises.

The dog was observed by police straying beyond the premises on numerous occasions and was subsequently pepper-sprayed by police.

Police said Wagner has been convicted on similar Dog Law violations on two previous occasions.
