VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Theft, Receiving Stolen Property in Cranberry Township

PSP Franklin responded to a report of a stolen cell phone at a roller skating rink in Cranberry Township.

Charges of Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Criminal Mischief were filed against two, 13-year-old females in Venango County Juvenile Court in Franklin.

The victim is a 14-year-old male.

The incident occurred at 12:57 p.m. on January 28.
