State Police Charge Tionesta Man with Receiving Stolen Property

TIONESTA, Pa. (EYT) — A Tionesta man has been accused of possessing a stolen chainsaw following an investigation by Marienville-based State Police.

According to state police, Ernest Joseph Oehm, 31, of Tionesta, was charged with receiving stolen property after authorities recovered a Stihl chainsaw that was reported stolen out of Pickaway County, Ohio, on January 17.

Police determined that Oehm was in possession of the saw.

Charges were filed on January 31 in District Court 37-4-93.

No other information was provided.
