CRANBERRY, Pa. (EYT) — The search for an area man wanted on a federal felony arrest warrant is over.

A release issued late Monday by Clarion-based State Police said authorities have apprehended 29-year-old Emmett Andrew Freshcorn.

Freshcorn’s last known address is Cranberry, Venango County.

Police did not indicate where Freshcorn was apprehended.

On November 21, 2017, Freshcorn pleaded guilty to five summary counts of animal cruelty. He paid $654.50 in fines.

Clarion-based State Police filed the charges against Freshcorn on August 21, 2017, after he failed to provide food and water to animals on his Ashland Township farm.

Additionally, a published article on 1011now.com, in May of 2017, indicates Freshcorn was stopped for a traffic violation on Interstate 80 in Lancaster County, Nebraska. A brick of heroin, a bag of marijuana, hash oil, and 10 “hits” of LSD were found in his vehicle.
