OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Pennsylvania State Police have released a Megan’s Law Alert notifying residents that a registered sex offender has reported an address in Oil City.

According to the PA State Megan’s Law website, Donald Keith Love has reported a residence at 151 Plum Street, Apartment #106, Oil City, Venango County, Pa.

Love is 58-years-old, white, 5’9″ tall, approximately 225 pounds, with blue eyes, and gray or partially gray hair.

Love has a scar on his right leg.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, Love’s offense was Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse — convicted on April 29, 1985.

Love’s Megan Law registration began on August 1, 2001.

The registration was last updated on June 6, 2017.

Love is not wanted by police.

He is registered as a Tier 3 sex offender, which requires a lifetime registration.
