OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Pennsylvania State Police have released a Megan’s Law Alert notifying residents that a registered sex offender has reported an address in Oil City, Venango County.

According to the PA Megan’s Law offender website, Michael Angelo Gorman, Jr., is now living at a residence along Butternut Alley in Oil City.

Gorman is black, 6’1″ tall, weighs 220 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

He has two identifying tattoos:

– left arm (non-specific location) “So Many Tears RIP Lorraine,” (man kneeling by tombstone)
– right arm (non-specific location) — Mike

In March of 2003, he was convicted of indecent assault.

Gorman is not wanted by police.

He is listed as a Tier 1 sex offender.
