State Police Issue Sexually Violent Predator Notice in Oil City

PINEGROVE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Pennsylvania State Police have released Megan’s Law Alert notifying residents that a registered sex offender has reported an employment address in Oil City, Venango County.

According to the PA State Megan’s Law website, Richard Marsh, 50, has reported an employment address at 206 Seneca Street in Oil City, with the general work area located on Plummer Street.

Marsh is white, 6’2″, 180 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair. He has no scars, marks or tattoos.

He was convicted of the following offenses:

  • Aggravated Indecent Assault Less than 16 YOA/Criminal Attempt — July, 2010
  • Aggravated Indecent Assault Less than 16 YOA/Criminal Attempt — March, 2010
  • Attempted Aggravated Indecent Assault — March 2010
  • Indecent Assault — July, 2010
  • Indecent Assault — March, 2010
  • Indecent Assault — March, 2010

Marsh is not wanted by police.

He is registered as a sexually violent predator.
