FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — State police say a Franklin woman who went missing has been located.

According to Franklin-based State Police, 21-year-old Kaprice Amara West has returned home.

West reportedly left her home on October 31, 2017, in an unknown vehicle with an unknown person to go to a Halloween party and had not returned.

It is believed that she was at a friend’s house in a surrounding county and contacted her mother on Sunday, November 5, and returned home shortly afterward.
