CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, a rape occurred last week in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

Police say around 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 1, an unknown perpetrator sexually assaulted a 24-year-old Seneca female on East State Road, in Cranberry Township.

No other information was released.
