State Police Remind Motorists of Labor Day Holiday Enforcement Period

FRANKLIN, Pa. — Franklin-based State Police released a statement on August 25 reminding motorists that the official Labor Day holiday enforcement period begins this week.

State Police remind motorists that they will continue efforts to provide highway safety during the holiday weekend.

The official holiday period begins at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, August 29, and will continue through 11:59 p.m. on Monday, September 1, 2014.

Cooperation is requested of travelers on all highways throughout the Commonwealth.
