SCRUBGRASS TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State police say an incident of criminal mischief occurred on Thursday at the Emlenton Truck Plaza, on Emlenton-Clintonville Road in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County.

According to Franklin-based State Police, on Thursday, December 28, the suspect — James R. Porter, of Canton, CT — allegedly drove away from a gas pump with the gas hose still attached to his vehicle. As Porter drove away, the gas hose broke free from the gas pump.

Police say Porter allegedly exited his vehicle, took the gas hose out of his vehicle, and drove away from the location.
