State Police Respond to Scuffle Between Neighbors in Cornplanter Township

CORNPLANTER TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police responded to the first block of Rockwood Avenue in Cornplanter Township on Friday afternoon for a dispute between neighbors.

According to police, the incident is alleged to have occurred around 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 22, as 42-year-old Richard Rivers and 43-year-old Amy Vogan, both of Oil City, engaged in a physical scuffle.

Then, Vogan broke dinner plates and bowls belonging to Rivers.

Six plates and three bowls valued at $36.00 were damaged.

The following charges were filed in Magisterial District Court 28-3-01:

Rivers was charged with one count of Harassment.

Vogan was charged with one count each of Harassment and Criminal Mischief.
