SANDYCREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police are looking for a missing Franklin woman.

According to police, 21-year-old Kaprice Amara West, of Franklin, reportedly left her home on October 31, 2017, in an unknown vehicle with an unknown person to go to a Halloween party and has not returned.

Police say West is a light-skinned black female last seen wearing black nurse’s scrubs, a gray Hollister sweatshirt, and black high heels.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact PSP Franklin at 814-676-6596.
