State Police Seeking Information on Counterfeit Bill Used at Wolf’s Corners Fair

WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) – State police are seeking information on a theft by deception incident that occurred on Wednesday night at the Wolf’s Corners Fairgrounds, in Washington Township, Clarion County.

According to Marienville-based State Police, an incident of theft occurred on Lake Lucy Road, inside Wolf’s Corners Fairgrounds around 9:02 p.m. on Wednesday, July 4.

Police say an unknown 35-year-old white male purchased food from a vendor using a counterfeit twenty-dollar bill of U.S. currency.

The investigation is ongoing.

The victim is Bartlebaugh Entertainment.
