State Police Seeking Information on Franklin Man Accused of Stealing Male Enhancement Pills

SANDYCREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State Police are asking the public for help in locating a Franklin man who allegedly stole male enhancement pills from a local gas station.

On August 5, Franklin-based State Police was notified of a retail theft that occurred around 3:58 p.m. on August 2 from Kwik Fill located in Franklin, Sandycreek Township, Venango County. Upon investigating, it was discovered that 25-year-old Justin James Simpson, of Franklin, stole approximately four packs of Blue Fusion male enhancement pills.

Then, later, on August 5, Simpson was observed stealing three more packs of Blue Fusion male enhancement pills.

PSP Franklin filed two criminal complaints against Simpson, each charging him with one count of third-degree felony retail theft.

A warrant has been issued for Simpson’s arrest.
