State Police Seeking Information on Frenchcreek Township Burglary; Nearly $6.5k in Items Stolen

investigationFRENCHCREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police say a burglary occurred on Georgetown Road, in Frenchcreek Township, Venango County.

According to police, the incident occurred sometime between December 5 and December 26 at a residence located at 5197 Georgetown Road.

Police say an unknown perpetrator(s) entered the above described residence and removed a safe containing various items valued at approximately $5,000.00 and a box of coins valued at $1,400.00.

The victim is a 72-year-old Franklin woman.
