State Police Seeking Information on Hit-and-Run in Cranberry Township

CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A hit-and-run accident occurred on Friday night on Allegheny Avenue, in Cranberry Township, Venango County.

According to Franklin-based State Police, around 8:00 p.m. on July 14, an unidentified vehicle was traveling south on Allegheny Avenue and made contact with an Oil City man’s black, 2011 Volkswagen Jetta.

Police say the unidentified vehicle scraped the driver’s side of the Volkswagen and broke the driver’s side mirror.

The unidentified vehicle fled the scene in an unknown direction.
