State Police Seeking Information on Man Involved in Harmony Township Burglary

HARMONY TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Marienville-based State Police say a burglary occurred earlier this month on Reservoir Road, in Harmony Township, Forest County.

According to police, around 11:30 a.m. on April 1, 40-year-old Matthew Rose Himelright, of West Hickory, and a known male juvenile allegedly gained forced entry into the victim’s residence by breaking a glass window in the rear of the residence.

The perpetrator(s) then fled on foot when the victim yelled at them to get out of the house.

The victim is a known, 62-year-old woman.

The following charges were filed against Himelright in Judge Daniel L. Miller’s office on April 1:

– Burglary — Overnight Accommodations; Person Present, Bodily Injury Crime, Felony 1
– Criminal Trespass-Break Into Structure, Felony 2
– Criminal Mischief-Damage Property, Summary
