State Police Seeking Local Man in Connection with Sandycreek Township Theft

SANDYCREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police are seeking a local man in connection with a theft that occurred in Sandycreek Township overnight Sunday night or early Monday morning.

According to police, sometime between 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 15, and 9:30 a.m. on Monday, July 16, an unknown suspect stole $1,500.00 worth of 3/4 inch stained wood flooring from a residence on Belmar Road in Sandycreek Township and fled from the scene in an unknown direction.

Police say Jeffery Denny is a person of interest in the investigation.

Denny has dark blonde/red hair, a goatee, and blue eyes, and stands at approximately 5’10”. He is presumed to live somewhere in the Franklin and/or Oil City area.
