State Police Calls: Criminal Mischief, Lost Firearm

VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police responded to the following calls:

Criminal Mischief in Jackson Township

An incident of criminal mischief occurred on Pine Valley Lane in Jackson Township sometime between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 6.

A known suspect cut the victim’s front driver’s side tire of his vehicle; the victim also suspects that the perpetrator set off an M-80 next to his vehicle.

The victim is a 30-year-old Cooperstown man.

This incident is being investigated by PSP Franklin.

The name of the suspect was not released.

Lost Firearm

Police say the victim — a known Cranberry man — misplaced his 9mm Ruger Pistol sometime between March of 2017 and the current date.

PSP Franklin are currently investigating this incident.
